You also agree that while Zentral, LLC does require Sexual Offender checks for all paying subscribers and employees, We make no warranties, either expressed or implied, that any Site under it's control is free from inappropraite language or content, sexual predators or persons engaging in such activities. You accept full responsibility for monitoring your child activities on any Site operated my Zentral, LLC. You also agree that any accounts created by you will be created for use by persons under the age of 13. Any attempt or success at creating, allowing to be created or transferring an account by, to or for any persons aged 13 or beyond results in a violation of the terms of use and will result in termination of your accounts and all accounts created by You or any persons using your credentials or acting on your behalf.
